1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods and API-based services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in a service-specific agreement or required by applicable law.

2. Digital Vouchers & Airtime Recharge

• Once a digital voucher or international airtime top-up is processed and delivered, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
• In case of delivery errors, incorrect recipient details, or failed transactions, contact us within 24 hours at support@carbondyne.ltd with full transaction details.
• We may, at our sole discretion, investigate and issue refunds or redeliver the product if deemed appropriate.

3. Software, APIs, and Subscriptions

• For platform access (e.g., APIs or software subscriptions):
  • Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime before the next billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
  • Annual subscriptions canceled within 14 days of purchase may be eligible for a partial refund, provided API usage is minimal.
• API overage or extra usage beyond the free or allocated limit is non-refundable.

4. OEM Ad Campaign Services

• Campaign fees are billed upfront. Once a campaign is live or impressions have started, no refund is possible.
• If a campaign is canceled before launch, a partial refund may be offered after deducting setup and administrative fees.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

• Double charges
• Erroneous billing
• Technical issues that prevent service delivery and are proven not to be the user’s fault

Requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction.

6. How to Request a Refund

• Order ID or transaction number
• Description of the issue
• Relevant screenshots or documentation

7. Chargebacks

We encourage users to contact us first before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension or blocking access to services.
